Your Career

As a Prisma Cloud Solutions Architect (SA), you will play a key role as an overlay Specialist Presales Engineer, responsible for providing Cloud Security expertise to potential customers within your assigned territory. Prisma Cloud is the industry's most complete Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP), providing code-to-cloud security in and across any cloud. Your technical acumen and expertise will be instrumental in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring customers understand the value of Prisma Cloud in securing their cloud environments.

Your Impact

Act as the technical expert on Prisma Cloud, providing in-depth knowledge and articulating the value proposition to potential customers within your assigned territory Collaborate closely with the sales team to support presales activities, including customer engagements, technical demos, and proof-of-concepts/proof-of-value Deliver compelling presentations and lead discussions with customers at all levels, from engineers to C-level executives, to showcase the benefits of Prisma Cloud solutions Understand customer needs and tailor technical solutions to meet their unique cloud security requirements Provide mentorship and best practices during the presales process for strategic opportunities, ensuring successful implementation and rollout Stay up-to-date with cloud security trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and contribute to product improvements Act as a conduit for customer feedback, providing valuable insights to Product Management and R&D teams to enhance our offerings Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, and Technical teams, to contribute to go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless execution

Qualifications

Your Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technology-related field or equivalent military experience required Proven track record of success as a presales engineer or technical specialist in the technology industry Strong expertise in cloud security solutions, with a focus on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Experience with cloud security concepts, best practices, and technologies, including containers and serverless architectures Proficiency in CloudFormation, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, or GCP Cloud Deployment Manager Templates Familiarity with cloud service providers' configurations, identity and access management, networking, firewalls, encryption, and related security features Experience with security areas such as access control, runtime defence, anti-malware, and vulnerability management Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset
