This client is a well-established residential builder operating right across Melbourne. With a focus on quality construction and client satisfaction, they specialise in delivering innovative, sustainable, and community-focused projects. As a result of continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with volume townhouse experience in the Western Suburbs to join the team.

The Role:
As a Site Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the construction of medium-density projects in Melbourne’s West. You will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a safe working environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

To Be Considered
To be considered for this unique opportunity, we are looking for;

  • Minimum of 5 + years’ experience in a Site Management role delivering Medium Density projects (particularly townhouses
  • Experience with Volume Medium Density builds is highly desired
  • Carpentry background and relevant qualifications
  • Able to communicate confidently with Architect's, Engineer's, the client, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to confidently use systems and software
