Currently seeking food manufacture operators, process workers and machine operators. to join a vibrant, fast paced, wet and dry food manufacturing company. 

The Role:

As a member of this vibrant team, you'll hold a pivotal position within their operations. Situated at the core of these activities, you'll actively participate in essential tasks. From the high-energy domain of packaging to the thrilling world of food production, you'll be at the forefront of our ground-breaking procedures. Whether you're engaged on the production line, upholding the utmost quality standards, or contributing to the cleanliness and sanitization of the facility, each day will present you with fresh challenges and fulfilling experiences.

We offer a range of flexible shifts, catering to early birds. Full time availability and working rights are advantageous  

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently plan, select, and verify orders
  • Implement proper stock rotation principles, following the "first in first out" rule
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring it is always ready for picking
  • Handle any stock returned by drivers by returning it to appropriate bin locations or placing it in designated damaged or low code areas
  • Adhere to HACCP regulations and demonstrate understanding of them
  • Support stocktaking activities as needed on-site
  •  Load and unload containers and delivery vehicles as necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience in mixing and batching.
  • Previous machine operation highly desirable. Bottling, sealing, mixing to name a few.
  • Familiarity with OH&S and food safety programs, particularly in relation to the "cold chain" process
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Great hygiene standards and strong knowledge of HACCP
  • GREAT accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances
