My client is looking for a Member Contact Specialist to join their member owned Bank located in Western Sydney. The ideal person would be someone who lives and breathes customer service, who is a team player and someone wanting to join a collaborative and growing team.
  
Job responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with members, providing information regarding products and services.
  • Provide an exceptional level of service and next step options for members to meet their needs.
  • Identify where members have guidance and advice needs, refer them to the right products and services.
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their members queries & concerns.

  
About you:

  • Collaborative, enthusiastic and a team player.
  • A love for customer service.
  • 2+ years customer service / contact centre experience.
  • Hard worker and someone who can pivot quickly.
  • Located in Bankstown or surrounding suburb
