We are currently looking for a Assistant Store Manager to join us in our Werribee Store in a Full-Time capacity.


About the role

  • You'll motivate and lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Drive store sales, achieve targets, all whilst controlling costs profit and loss.
  • Ensure all legal and compliance procedures are adhered to by all staff.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders; and
  • Provide a safe environment for both staff and customers.

About you

  • You must have previous management experience in addition to strong leadership capabilities, ideally in a retail environment.
  • Be a proactive coach, mentor and able to develop a high performing team.
  • Have prior demonstrated skills in training and motivating others.
  • Proven experience working with and meeting KPIs in a robust environment.
  • Have experience using rostering/time management systems; and
  • Unwavering commitment to providing quality customer service.
