The Corporate Finance team is undergoing significant growth through delivery of high quality engagements, referrals from its expansive network and proactive Partners - as a result, the Team is looking to expand and hire an Assistant Manager. 

As part of the Corporate Finance division, you will play a key role in delivering commercially sound business advice and interpreting complex financial models. Your contributions will be critical in maintaining the high standards of service their clients expect.

You will be involved in broad Corporate Finance activities including:

  • Valuation of businesses, shares, intangible assets, purchase price allocations, and impairment testing
  • Financial due diligence
  • M&A and Transaction Support
  • Preparation of Independent Expert's Reports
  • Capital raising, including the preparation of Investigating Accountant's Reports
  • Financial modeling and advisory for both buy and sell-side transactions
  • Other ad hoc analysis where requested 

What you will bring to the role:

  • At least 4 years within Corporate finance either from a chartered or corporate advisory firm
  • Ideally, you hold a CA, CFA or Masters in applied finance 
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) 
  • Strong financial modelling skills are essential
