We are currently seeking Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high quality service. 

Our priority is to help our clients live independently at home. 
Anything from making a meal to, to vacuuming to enjoying a cup of tea with a chat. No day or client is ever the same Right at Home provides various services including, but not limited to, personal care, domestic assistance, medication assistance, meal preparations, social and welfare support, transport, respite care and community access.

Hours: 
We can offer flexible working hour's and days. 

Qualifications

  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (or studying your cert III) or a nursing student
  • Australian National Police check or ability to obtain
  • Current first aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Smart mobile phone
  • Driver’s licence and your own car with fully comprehensive insurance
  • Blue Card or ability to obtain

  • A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
  • Ability to provide personal and domestic care
  • Willingness to learn new things, step out of your comfort zone and take on feedback
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Flexible with changes to shifts and working times
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High level of time management and organisational ability
  • Willingness to participate in further education opportunities 
  • Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
