Music Tutor - Piano 

Melbourne Grammar School is seeking a Piano Music Tutor to teach individual instrumental lessons to students in our Junior School, Grimwade House (Prep - Year 6). The Piano Music Tutor will work as a member of a highly dedicated Music Department, teaching students in an individual setting and providing piano accompaniment at School events.

You will

  • Prepare students for solo performances, AMEB examinations and official school events.
  • Accompany soloists, ensembles & chapel services.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal skills that enable you to maintain open communication with parents and colleagues.
  • Enjoy interacting with enthusiastic boys and girls who are keen to learn.
  • Want to work in a setting where you are supported to do your best work.
  • Motivated by the prospect of operating in a well-resourced environment.

This role is based at Grimwade House, our coeducational primary school for around 660 Prep – Year 6 students in Caulfield.
