Our client is a leading provider of early childhood education and care with a multi-site network across Queensland and Australia. Due to continued growth, our client has an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the People and Culture team.

This critical leadership role will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy across the extensive childcare network. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement best practice recruitment strategies that support organisational growth and operational objectives.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and refining current recruitment processes and practices to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Overseeing the recruitment process for multiple centres, ensuring a consistent and efficient approach across all locations.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, regional managers, and centre managers.
  • Developing and promoting our employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with relevant legislation and company policies.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following:

  • Extensive experience in managing recruitment for multiple locations, preferably in a high-volume environment such as retail, hospitality, or education.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team of recruitment professionals.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence senior leadership, regional managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing innovative recruitment solutions/technology and leading a change process across an entire function.
