As the company grows, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Speech and Language pathologist to join a dynamic team and make a difference.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Speech Pathologist to help clients enhance their communication abilities. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed assessments of clients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop personalized therapy plans to address individual client needs and goals.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve clients’ communication skills.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
- Educate clients and their families on communication strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in speech pathology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in speech pathology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate approach with a strong focus on client-centered care.
- Proficiency in relevant assessment and therapy tools.
