Premium Services Supervisors

As a Premium Services Supervisor , you will assist the Premium Services leadership team in coordinating our daily operations. With excellent communication skills and meticulous grooming, you will be a confident individual with a clear understanding of what it means to deliver a truly unique guest experience.

A few of your responsibilities :

Lead the shift to ensure team members are providing a high level of guest experience Assist with Training & Development and Recruitment activities Responding to any escalated matters to achieve a positive outcome Support the teams professional development to maintain high standards of service

What are we looking for ?

Extensive experience in Gaming or Guest Service environment Previous leadership or management experience Passion to grow your career at The Star In depth knowledge of a 24/7 entertainment/hospitality industry Experience building positive working relationships between departments and within the team Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster or permanent overnight shift (10:00pm to 6:30am)
