Desired Experience
  • Experience working with participants on the NDIS
  • Experience writing quality reports
  • Experience working with dysphagia, complex needs,  non-verbal communication and alternative communication methods
 
Responsibilities:
  • Conducting quality assessments and providing therapy services to participants in a range of community contexts
  • Working with participants receiving services under the NDIS
  • Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals
  • Advocating for the needs of your clients
  • Writing reports for NDIS reviews
 
Role Requirements:
  • Degree in speech pathology
  • Current Speech Pathology Australia membership
  • Own transport and drivers licence
  • Police check
  • Working with children check
  • NDIS worker Screening check
  • Proven ethical and professional qualities
  • A high level of independent organizational skills
  • The ability to work independently
