Hope Valley, Australia ACH Group Full time

Part time nights shifts are available for Registered Nurses to support high quality clinical care and wellbeing at ACH Group's Residential Care Home Highercombe located at Hope Valley.

Working closely together in a multidisciplinary team, you will undertake nursing assessments, develop care plans and coordinate reviews, ensuring that Residents have a good life through inventions that promote independence and decision making by individuals.

Current shifts available -

Night shifts (23:00-7:00):

Week 1 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

 (Shifts are subject to change)

About You

You are a talented and passionate Nurse. You want to make the most of your expertise, do what you do best and thrive on the challenge of providing our customers with quality care. 

  • Demonstrated experience as a registered nurse
  • Ability to maintain appropriate standards and systems to the highest quality
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High level of clinical competence
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate computer skills

You will need:

  • A nursing qualification and current registered nurse registration with AHPRA
  • A Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old at commencement
