Are you a recent graduate eager to start your career in Facilities or Asset Management? Join our team as an Asset Data Validation Officer and help maintain the accuracy of our asset data within the BGIS.

Requirements:

Must be an Australian Citizen. Open to recent graduates.

Locations : Richmond, Holsworthy or Sydney Metro Locations

Responsibilities:

Perform physical inspections of assets across various base locations. Compare located assets with existing CMMS records to identify discrepancies. Update outdated asset information in CMMS, including barcodes, make, model, and serial numbers. Remove records for decommissioned or disposed assets. Create new records for assets found without existing data. Conduct final reviews of CMMS records for accuracy in consultation with the Data Remediation Lead.

Skills:

Strong computer skills (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio). Ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
