12-month Fixed Term Contract
Part Time 30 hours per week, you choose your days 4 or 5?
Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in clinical excellence anywhere, anytime? Our bespoke virtual clinic is experiencing significant growth across Australia and is significantly impactful in regional and rural Australia where there is a known clinic gap. Our clients are ready to have a Customer Success Coordinator partner with them to harness the benefits of iAgeHealth.
The Company
iAgeHealth is an innovative solution developed by Clinicians in Aged Care, who recognised rural communities fail to have adequate access to multidisciplinary clinical care in a timely manner. Our platform has been designed to harness the latest technological advances and tools to improve access to such crucial health services for older Australians living in regional, rural and remote communities.
With diagnostic tools offering live data to clinicians, this role enables you to provide professional care advice from anywhere, at any time. Our Clinicians and Allied Health professionals work on rotating rosters to support a 24/7 service model. Due to the demand of iAgeHealth, our team is expanding, and we are welcoming new professionals to be a part of the solution elderly residents need in our rural communities.
About the Role
Reporting to the CEO the Client Success Coordinator ensures that clients achieve their goals in using the innovative digital healthcare service - iAgeHealth. You will build strong relationships, provide support and offer strategic guidance to maximise client satisfaction, optimise the utilisation of iAgeHealth services and ultimately drive positive rates of client retention.
The key to your success is clearly understanding and interpreting customer requirements and their business, providing practical product information and account development resulting in new sales as well as retaining and supporting the existing client base. You will be responsible for understanding the value points that matter to clients within your remit to enable the best possible outcomes for them; problem-solving, onboarding and working collaboratively to advocate for client’s needs to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience and enhanced overall success and growth for the iAgeHealth solution.
