Do you pose as a caring, compassionate, and supportive individual? Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively with vulnerable people and their families, A high level of patience, and emotional resilience. If so, we are looking for people just like you to work within the Toowoomba areas, flexibility is a must as these roles include days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, sleepover shifts, and shifts given at short notice, you'll spend your time in the community, completing your scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients and their loved ones within their homes completing activities that include:

  • In-home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
  • Providing care in accordance with their Individualized Care Plan.
  • Supporting with community-based recreational and social activities.
  • Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
  • Taking them to the parks, movies, beach, etc.

What we are offering:

  • A variety of shift options to suit your availability
  • 20 to 40 hours per week
  • Weekly salary ranging from $800 to $2,000
  • Weekday - $30 per hour
  • Saturday - $40.41 per hour
  • Sunday - $51.95 per hour
  • Public holiday - $63.50 per hour
  • Employee Benefits Program

What we need from you:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or Yellow Card
  • Blue Card preferred
  • Cert 3 in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Own Transport & Driver's License
  • Valid rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth certificate, etc.)
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID as per QLD Health Regulations
