Your new role 

As the Assistant Concession Manager in our New Concept The Glen David Jones, you will be providing support to the Concession Manager to grow and bring our new vision to life. By providing you with specialised product and sales training you will be well equipped to offer your customers a well-rounded customer experience and have the ongoing confidence to assist in the leadership of your team.   

Duties 

  • Provide and maintain a high level of customer experience 
  • Maintain VM standards and stock management  
  • Provide the Store Manager with support to drive the store to success 
  • Lead, motivate and inspire to achieve store targets 
  • Coach, develop and mentor your team  

Skills & Experience 

  • Previous Retail experience or Customer Service 
  • Passion for coaching and developing your team 
  • Strong organisational skills - Ability to multi task 
  • Creating a customer service culture  
  • Driving performance within the store
