We are pleased to be working with our current client based in Dandenong South, VIC and are leading the search for an Accounts Receivable Officer.

Your Role

The role of Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for all financial transactions related to the company's accounts receivable. This includes:

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintaining customer accounts
  • Generating invoices to customers
  • Posting payments to customer accounts
  • Tracking overdue invoices and following up on them
  • Collecting payments
  • Posting receipts in a timely manner
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Securing revenue
  • Applying fair credit practices

To Succeed

  • Previous full-end-to-end Accounts Receivable experience is essential
  • Bookkeeping experience preferred but not essential as this is purely AR.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Previous experience using a financial system
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Benefits

  • $70,000 plus superannuation + Annual Bonus
  • Monday to Friday 9-5pm (flexibility with hours as required)
