About Our Client

Our client is a leading provider in the life insurance industry, renowned for their commitment to delivering expert insurance solutions tailored to meet diverse needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Financial Advisor looking to step up or Principal financial advisor wanting to grow and progress within a reputable multinational insurance business.

Job Description

  • Offering expert advice on complex insurance strategies, including business insurance, SMSFs, and intricate medical underwriting cases.
  • Advocating for clients to secure optimal outcomes with insurers.
  • Coaching and mentoring advisers and senior advisers to elevate customer and business performance.
  • Managing and prioritising work flows to ensure timely and efficient delivery of advice.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards and enhancing our advice model using digital tools and data.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering personalised insurance advice.
  • Support and develop advisers to improve service quality and business results.
  • Manage workflow and assist in team management, ensuring compliance and high customer service standards.
  • Promote a culture of customer service, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Engage actively with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to industry forums and representing our brand.
  • Stay current with mandatory learning, CPD, and educational requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Over 10 years of experience in financial advice, with deep knowledge of insurance products and the Australian insurance market.
  • FASEA qualified.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to nurture and support clients and team members.
  • Adaptability to new processes and client engagement models.
  • Experience in delivering advice through digital channels.
  • Demonstrated industry knowledge, sound judgement, and the ability to handle competing priorities.
