On a typical day

  • Team Leadership: Support, develop and nurture your team of educators
  • Curriculum Development: Implement purposeful, intentional teaching practices initiated by children
  • Creative Engagement: Deliver educational content with creativity and energy
  • Child Development: Foster children's growth, strength, and self-confidence
  • Family Partnerships: Build strong connections with families and communities
  • Environmental Stewardship: Utilize our natural surroundings and outdoor spaces

Our successful Toddler Room Leader will have:

  • Completed ACECQA-approved Diploma (or above)
  • Ability to work a rotating roster from 07:30-6:00 Monday to Friday
  • Experience leading a team of educators or natural leadership ability
  • Confident and articulate communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to make decisions swiftly
  • Proficiency in documentation, observation, and recording of children's learning
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Passion for early childhood education and child development
