We are seeking a motivated paralegal looking to further their career in a trusted organisation with a career-defining opportunity in a global employment and labour team.

What are we looking for?

Strong exposure in litigation and contract management, in addition to general legal operations and support. Experience liaising with various internal stakeholders. Experience undertaking diligence procedures and maintaining files such as forms, templates, interview statements, discovery documents and evidence. Experience maintaining management systems and ensuring templates are up to date. Ability to assist with additional legal projects.

The ideal candidate:

Has significant previous paralegal experience at a top-tier law firm or inhouse within a leading organisation. Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice in Australia. Must be enthusiastic and a team-player with a desire to learn. Proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese or Korean is a bonus but not essential.
