About the Role

The role is required to work approximately 38 hours a week. Main duties include assisting with daily service, preparation of ingredients, maintaining par levels and assisting Head Chef with managing kitchen staff. Working hours will be 5 days a week on a rotating roster. Weekend availability is a must.

Skills and Experience Required

- Able to work under pressure in a challenging fast paced environment.

- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

- A team player that supports other team members.

- A passion and commitment to delivering high quality food.

- Able to work independently without supervision.

- Hands-on management approach

- Knowledge of HACCP.

- Can do attitude

- Able to train new kitchen staff
