Your Team

Our in-house creative team sit within our Customer & Marketing team. They turn creative briefs into compelling content & creative across all channels.

Your Role

Reporting to the Creative Director the role of Digital Designer is to create, produce and maintain digital content & designs for eDMs, rebel website, digital banners, social media, POS & digital in-store screens (to name a few) that provides an engaging customer experience across multiple owned channels.

No two days will be the same, but your role will involve:

  • Working closely with the Head of Creative, Creative Director and Copywriter to successfully translate creative briefs into commercially effective concepts.
  • Collaborating with our traffic and workflow manager to ensure briefs are accurate (contain all information required) and reasonable timelines are set.
  • Proactively monitor industry trends to ensure that work produced is evolving and represents best practice.
  • Proactively pursue learning opportunities to develop creative skills in design, video production, post-production etc.

About You

Successful candidates will:

  • Have at least 3 years’ experience in a digital design team
  • Be able to maintain a calm and level head in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where change is the only constant
  • Have a proven ability to manage extensive workloads and prioritise accordingly
  • Be confident in producing multi-channel marketing collateral, including but not limited to: eDMs, web & digital banners, social media creative, print, POS & OOH, and catalogues.
  • Skills in video editing and animation will be highly regarded.
  • High level attention to detail is essential
