HME Lead

Join our a leader in the construction materials industry, as our next HME Lead. Drive whole-life asset management initiatives to maximise fleet utilisation and cost management in heavy equipment operations, all while ensuring safety and sustainability remain at the forefront of our quarry operations.

Your day will involve:

• Implementing standardised maintenance procedures and operational practices across Boral's quarries in Victoria.
• Managing repair and maintenance (R&M) and rental costs to optimise cost efficiency of HME fleet operations.
• Implementing strategies for fleet utilisation and life cycle management, ensuring optimal performance across all quarry operations
• Collaborating with internal operational stakeholders, OEMs and suppliers for optimal outcomes aligned with business objectives.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years' experience in HME operations and maintenance.
• Strong OEM experience of HME asset life-cycle management in a maintenance, planning or operational capacity
• Strong understanding of quarrying practices and the importance of HME within operations.
• Ability to navigate computer systems, data driven and financially focused with decision making, and can articulate change to stakeholders across the business.
