Facilities Manager

Location - Gold Coast University Hospital - Southport, QLD
What You'll Do:
Collaborate closely with the account and workplace manager. Deliver strategic asset maintenance management and compliance. Produce recommendation reports to enhance building performance. Provide technical support to the operations team. Ensure building compliance and manage asset maintenance across the client’s portfolio. Manage contract financial performance and ensure KPI achievement. Lead and communicate effectively with employees and subcontractors. Maintain OHS & E policies and procedures across all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Manage contract delivery and financial performance. Facilitate planning and programming for maintenance and services. Oversee sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and BGIS systems. Deliver asset maintenance management strategy and analyse asset data for maintenance regimes. Provide technical support on building services and infrastructure. Foster positive client relationships and manage customer expectations.Qualifications & Experience:
Electrical trade and QTP endorsed. Proven experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, and Financial Management. Strong experience in managing large-scale maintenance activities. Experience in leading a team. Knowledge of legislative requirements for maintenance activities. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CMMS. Excellent customer focus, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Why Join BGIS?
