Your opportunity to join our team:
Our Edinburgh Park – Further Processing facility is looking to employ an experienced full time Warehouse clerk to join the team.
As the Warehouse Clerk you will be responsible for reporting in to warehouse supervisor, focusing on receivals, dispatch, ingredient and packaging management, and inventory control.
You will have the ability to work collaboratively with planning, production, cross-functional teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Daily Tasks
- Conduct cycle counts Raw materials including Packaging, Ingredient and consumables are required
- Sample collection of ingredients as required and coordinate with suppliers
- Review stock variances and coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure all stock variances are addressed from last 24hrs production run.
- Check FIFO (First In, First Out) to ensure the oldest stock is used first and minimize waste.
- Liaise with other departments, such as purchasing, production, and replenishment to resolve order issues.
- Verify all warehouse transactions, including receipts, invoices, and inventory movements are accurate and update to date
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures within the warehouse to maintain a safe working environment.
- Follow company policies and industry regulations regarding inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Monitoring daily stock variance reports and coordinating with relevant teams for investigation and resolving the issues
You will bring to this role:
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehousing, or previous management experience is advantageous.
- Proven experience in warehouse with a strong understanding of receivals, dispatch, inventory management, 3PL operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good computer skills
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage physical tasks and adapt to varying working conditions.
