Systems Analyst - TechOne Location : Southern Suburbs of Perth, Western Australia Permanent / On-going role

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our ERP platform, supporting and enhancing systems that drive critical business processes. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain ERP systems, with a focus on the TechOne platform and its modules.
  • Provide ongoing support for databases, ensuring smooth data manipulation and system operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify inefficiencies in business processes, working to automate and optimize them.
  • Manage and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely resolution and reducing recurring issues.
  • Mentor IT team members, sharing expertise and contributing to team skill development.
  • Offer training and guidance to staff to maximize the efficiency of ERP usage.
  • Stay up-to-date with ERP system enhancements and engage in special interest and user groups to drive platform improvements.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Proven TechOne experience with any module.
  • Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week, with the ability to commute to the location.
  • Expertise in developing and supporting ERP systems.
  • Strong experience in migrating and improving business processes using ERP platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring and training team members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and high-level competence in software applications.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline.
