As a Food & Beverage Supervisor , your passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences will see you form an integral part of our leadership team – coordinating and supporting team members during each shift. You will showcase your passion for delivering five-star customer service to train, develop and recruit team members, as well as provide meaningful recommendations to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Fat Noodle: Ideally positioned at the top of Queen Street Mall, celebrity chef Luke Nguyen's Fat Noodle offers an exotic hideaway, serving up-market fresh dishes day and night.
Bars: From our 24/7 LiveWire Sports Bar with mega TV screens, food and beverage deals, live music and DJs to our sophisticated and elegant By George Bar we are able to cater to all crowds and events.
Kitchen At Treasury: One of Brisbane’s best kept secrets - a home-style diner serving up an extensive menu of classics including all-day breakfast, mouth-watering burgers and decadent desserts.
Premium Gaming Rooms: Catering to our Gold, Platinum & Diamond members, these rooms offer a unique and luxurious experience available nowhere else in Brisbane.
About you
Do you thrive in a dynamic, high-energy atmosphere where every interaction creates a memorable experience? You will have proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment, showcasing your ability to lead, mentor and encourage your team. Your thorough understanding of RSA compliance coupled with your RSA Certificate, will see you create a safe environment for guests and team members alike. You’ll bring a track record of Food & Beverage leadership experience preferably in bars, restaurants, or hotels coupled with flexible availability for a fulltime position.

The $ billion Queen’s Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium – a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners.
When complete, Queen’s Wharf Brisbane will deliver four new luxury hotels, more than 50 new food and beverage experiences, significant luxury retail, the restoration of nine heritage buildings and around 1,500 residential apartments.
