About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic PartsSalesperson/Interpreter to join our team and workprimarily from our Macarthur Mazda Dealership. The successfulapplicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness tolearn.

The position will involve the following:

Liaise with customers to assist with Spare Parts andAccessories enquiriesUse of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) todetermine required parts.Use of online Manufacturer's portal to locate and sourceparts.Producing quotes for Panel Shops and Mechanical WorkshopsProcessing of Customer orders and/or quotes through the DMSsystem (ERA)Assist with stock checking and order processingWorking as part of a team to provide & maintain a high levelstandard of customer service

The successful candidate will need thefollowing:

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skillsGood computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel,Word & OutlookAbility to work well under pressure
