About the role

Due to an internal move, an exciting full-time permanent opportunity is available for a Business Support Officer to join our team

In this role you will be supporting BU programs through assisting Managers and the broader Business Unit in areas including but not limited to client invoices/claims, support the wider field delivery team and the management of the client and subcontractor relationship.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to

·        Co-ordinate and managing purchasing activities for the field delivery teams as directed.

·        Ensuring client and subcontractor Project Registers are maintained in accordance with Zinfra procedures and policies

·        Support the Council Public Lighting program in conjunction with the Public Lighting Supervisor.

·        Supporting BU field workers in IT systems where required including updating SAP for timesheets and expenses for approval and payment, client systems investigation and support.

·        Raising Purchase Orders to support the wider group.

·        Preparing payment proposal claims and invoicing activities

·        Establishing strong working relationships with stakeholders internal and external to promote provision of quality customer service

·        Coordinating uniform ordering and receipt processing

About You

·        SAP and Upvise experience (preferred)

  • Customer service experience
  • Proficient with MS suite of software
  • High data input speed and accuracy
  • Understanding process workflows.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Time management skills in order to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Detail oriented
