We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator/Analyst (Technical Business / Systems Analyst type person) to take on a newly created role in the organisation, providing technical expertise and guidance for the seamless implementation, upkeep, and advancement of the group's ESG IT system and associated IT platforms.
  
This is a newly created and strategic role is to work closely with supporting the Group Manager and relevant key stakeholders and business users to support a new IT platform in terms of it's post-implementation requirements, partnering with key business stakeholders across the organisation and numerous business divisions across the Group to gather and capture new technical requirements and change requests, and support ongoing reporting aspects for the new IT platform, supporting system upgrades, systems enhancements & configuration aspects, UAT testing, whilst providing change management support and expertise throughout the course of the program.
  
As a key contributor in this role, your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the technical facets of the system enhancement activities, overseeing change processes, fostering collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders, and guaranteeing adherence to both regulatory standards and internal policies.
  
Skills required:

  • Commercial experience working as a technical minded Business / Systems Analyst.
  • Expertise with systems configuration and functionality support (IT applications support type experience).
  • Experience working with different IT platforms when it comes to system upgrades, system configurations, systems enhancements and supporting change requests.
  • Experience working with Power BI for reporting.
  • Experience working on Data Governance with good knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance, would be seen as an added advantage to propel your success in this role. 
  • Outstanding communication skills to be able to engage and deal with a wide variety of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Any domain understanding, awareness or knowledge of GRC or ESG will be seen as a unique bonus and X-Factor for your application.
