This is a highly challenging but rewarding role located in Mount Waverley within our Technology & Risk team. Reporting to the Retail Systems Manager, your responsibilities will include: Working with business stakeholders to define business needs and requirements to ensure that the solution being developed is achieving objectives Working with Managers, Developers, Solution Architects, Testers, and Support Teams to translate and implement business requirements Prioritising work and requirements to ensure strategic objectives of the business are met, and any risks or losses mitigated, and efficiencies improved Assessing proposed solutions to determine which solution best fits the business need(s); Collaborating closely with developers to implement the requirements, providing necessary guidance to testers during QA process; Managing scope, issues and changes in a collaboratively manner; Understanding the “As Is” of all business critical applications; and Proactively finding innovative solutions to improve existing processes. The successful candidate will have: 5+ years IT experience ideally as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst Demonstrated track record of utilising industry standard best practice BA techniques Experience working within Agile or other project methodologies Experience working with multiple business areas and a variety of stakeholders Successfully delivered major business and technology solutions end to end Versatile and adaptable to work in response to business demands; and Ability to provide solutions and be resourceful.
