Overview

As a Junior-Level Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of systems and processes across various projects, ensuring that every initiative is a success. 

Responsibilities

  • Liaise directly with stakeholders to define and document clear business requirements for projects and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with technical resources to assess possible options and determine the best solutions.
  • Create and present clear, succinct documentation for all analysis conducted, ensuring transparency and understanding.
  • Critically evaluate current state documentation and contribute to the design of future state processes.
  • Maintain strong communication between business and project teams to effectively manage and meet expectations.
  • Assist stakeholders in facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including the creation of test cases and scenarios.
  • Support solution go-lives and facilitate the handover process to operational support teams.
  • Work independently or as part of a collaborative delivery team as needed.

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years in a Business Analyst role, within IT and Agile environments. Experience with Scrum and Kanban is essential.
  • Strong skills in business engagement, change management, training, and communication.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with a proven track record of working directly with business, operational, and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Experience in planning and executing testing and UAT processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and gather relevant information.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team of professionals.
