Our Technology & Transformation function aspires to create experiences our customers value, while providing best in class technology, advice, and services to enable insights across Suncorp. So, we’re on the lookout for a Platform Delivery Manager to elevate platform and tribe capability, define the technology strategies and roadmaps and drive efficiency in delivery across the platforms and tribes.
The Platform Delivery Manager will work closely with the Platform and Tribe Leads in the creation and implementation of the Platform and Tribes roadmap and strategy, maintaining and uplifting platforms aligned to operational excellence best practice, enabling delivery to support Tribes and Platforms, working with engineering teams to build Talent Strategy to maintain highly engage workforce, business engagement and proactively inspiring our teams to lift engagement.

What you’ll do
Develop and implement the Platform and Tribe roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives Drive efficiency in platform and tribe delivery, overseeing squads and ensuring operational excellence in line with best practices. Strategize talent management to maintain a sustainable and high-performing workforce within the platform. Foster strong business engagement and relationships related to the platform and tribes, contributing to overall Banking Technology strategy. Collaborate with engineering teams to build high-performing teams, manage capacity, and cultivate a culture of professionalism and accountability. Proactively engage and empower platform and tribe members to enhance overall engagement and performance. Manage platform-level planning, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies, communicating effectively with stakeholders and embodying Momentum mindsets.What you’ll bring
Tertiary qualification in technology, banking and/finance related field 7+ years’ experience with a proven background in technology working in banking and financial services with a strong focus on customer service, risk management, operations and process management, cultural change and leadership Exceptional program and project management abilities, with a track record of successful planning, execution, and control to achieve project objectives efficiently. Proficient in managing multiple concurrent projects or activities, adept at prioritizing tasks and resources effectively. Skilled in building trust and credibility with senior stakeholders through strong facilitation and communication skills. Demonstrated capability in developing and nurturing working relationships with diverse project stakeholders, including project managers, subject matter experts, and technical teams. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, adept at navigating ambiguity and driving strategic views while ensuring clear communication and alignment at all levels.What we can offer
