Are you a dynamic and motivated leader looking for an exciting opportunity in the nightlife industry? We are seeking a Manager / Licensee to join our team at an established adult entertainment venue located in Potts Point, Sydney.
About the Role:
As the Manager / Licensee, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our venue 4-5 nights per week. Your leadership will be key in driving the team to deliver exceptional customer service, oversee the team, ensure compliance with licensing regulations, and create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. We offer consecutive days off to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of bar and floor staff, dancers, and security to ensure smooth nightly operations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, safety, and compliance with all licensing regulations.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory to ensure the bar is well-stocked and operational.
- Handle VIP services, and customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Implement strategies to drive patronage and sales.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Manager or Bar Manager in a hospitality setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- A current RSA & Advanced Licensee certification is essential; experience as a Licensee is a plus.
- Ability to manage inventory, order stock, and handle cash.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment.
