Client-side Senior Project Manager

A reputable Perth Project Management Consultancy is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for one of their key client’s portfolios. A genuine leadership role overseeing 4 team members of Project Managers and Assistant Projects Managers, this role will give you great career development opportunities and leadership satisfaction.
Managing a blue-chip client’s portfolio of various building projects ranging from $500k – 15m, you will be the first point of call for the client, fostering the relationship, keeping them happy, actioning any items via your team of PMs ensuring they follow the client’s processes. Internally, you will be responsible for managing your team’s fees, output, productivity and programming of their workload.
This is a self-managing, autonomous role where work-life balance is certainly available. Whilst managing a team, you will also have 1 small project to manage yourself so that you are not too far removed from your core skillset of project management
Minimum criteria for the Client-side Senior Project Manager:
- 10+ years commercial building experience
- 5+ years experience on the client side
- Tertiary qualified in construction management, engineering or architecture
- Excellent client facing skills
- Excellent communication and administrative / reporting skills
- The right to work in Australia
- Perth based or enroute
- Project Managers who are looking for that next step to Senior PM are also encouraged to apply
- Salary guide: $150 – 170k pkg (commensurate with experience)
