The Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst specialized in Sales and Distribution (SD) with extensive knowledge in Purchasing and Warehouse modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP systems, and providing functional expertise to optimize SD, Purchasing, and Warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the SD is a must (Experience - Purchasing, and Warehouse modules is a nice to have). Configure, customize, and maintain SAP SD, Purchasing, and Warehouse modules to meet business requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements within SAP systems. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for SAP functionalities related to SD, Purchasing, and Warehouse modules. Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure system stability and reliability. Stay updated with SAP best practices, industry trends, and new technologies related to SD, Purchasing, and Warehouse modules.

Qualifications:

Must have SAP SD certification SAP Purchasing & Warehouse certification (is preferred but not compulsory) Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst with a focus on SD, Purchasing, and Warehouse modules. Strong understanding of SAP SD functionalities including pricing, order management, and delivery processes. Proficiency in configuring Purchasing and Warehouse modules within SAP. Experience with system integration, data migration, and customization in SAP environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or other SAP ERP systems is preferred.  Ability to lead small project teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Understanding of business processes in related areas like finance, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
