This company is backed by large and well established JV partners that have a presence both in Australian and internationally. Being a completely greenfields project, this position offers a rare opportunity to shape the technology landscape for this organisation as it embarks on a high growth trajectory, and is well positioned to be a pioneer in the Australian green energy sector.

Your New Role:

As the Enterprise Architect for this new venture, you will be responsible for the strategic design of the IT environment, ensuring that the selected technologies align with the company strategy and are able to scale as this business grows. This role will be engaged on a long term contract (2yr+ expectancy), and will see this project out from conception to handover phase.

Some of the key tasks aligned to this position will include:
•Consult to operational and delivery teams to establish business requirements and provide suitable roadmaps and architecture.
•Develop the IT architecture across Applications, Integration, Data, Infrastructure & security
•Establish the Enterprise Architecture practice that includes documentation, process, architecture review.
•Wil be accountable for EA governance as well as run architecture working groups alongside the manager of business architecture.
•Oversee the future state architecture which extends to the development of conceptual architecture for various domains.
•Ensure that IT and OT architecture is aligned to industry framework and standards.

About You:
•You’re an experienced Enterprise Architect with a track record of delivering high quality, purpose built solutions that integrate seamlessly.
•Have a track record of building Greenfields environments or new business setups, from Layer1 to Layer7.
•You will bring exposure to both IT and OT architecture design, ideally within the energy, utilities or critical infrastructure sector.
•Are proven at leading high performing teams as well as managing vendor relationships during the course of your work.
•Is proven at working across multiple technology domains
•Interpersonally, you are a self motivated and resourceful EA with the ability to engage people from all levels of your business.
