Roster Co-ordinator

The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Roster Coordinator to join our Service Team in Gunnedah on a 7/7 Day shift only.. In this position, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and the implementation of labour and tooling of Hitachi projects related to shut downs, planned maintenance and day-to-day activities of Hitachi field service employees.

Reporting to the Service Coordinator you will be responsible for:

Coordinating and planning all Hitachi Projects including scheduled maintenance, day to day field service and labour requirements  Coordination of Rosters and ensuring efficient utilization of resources and labour (Time sheets, job tasks, POs) Managing Company Assets such as tooling, vehicles and equipment Manage Sub Contract Labour and Supplies within budgets and in compliance with scope of work Coordination and implementation of site based training and induction activities and Toolbox talks Ensuring HCA employees comply with all WHS responsibilities and that a safety first culture is a consistent behaviour within the team Assisting with technical enquiries and reports

To be successful in this role:

You will hold relevant trade qualification Experience with Mining Equipment or OEM in a Supervisory or Project Management Role Intermediate PC Skills, Good communications skills and ability to analyse data and publish reports Previous experience in a Forecasting, Planning or Rostering Role would be advantageous Have a safety focus and abide by site safety processes
