Job Description

Providing customers with the best and professional service in their study abroad journey; Individual and family counselling with prospective students on studying overseas and visa policy; Following up prospective students regularly and updating daily customer information into the company database/CRM. Handling applications and relevant issues to admissions; Joining training sessions of partner institution representatives as assigned from Student Placement Manager; Supporting in exhibitions, seminars of IDP or partner institutions.

Requirements

Last year student or fresh graduate; Good interpersonal and communication skills (both English & Vietnamese); Those who love to learn and challenge; Actively involved in school and social activities; Prior experience in counselling/customer service.
