We are looking for candidates to join our dynamic, fun and friendly team based in Western Australia.

Our rehabilitation centres located in Bunbury and Perth, Western Australia. We have been successfully assisting individuals to reach their goals for the past 11 years and they are both continuing to rapidly expand.

Anderson Neurological and Developmental Services is a transdisciplinary team of allied health professionals and supportive therapies that specialise in treating adults and children. Our team consists of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Dieticians and Therapy Assistants.

We offer comprehensive, evidence based and person-centred practice. Our holistic approach is directed towards achieving meaningful goals to maximise confidence, skills, and independence.

You will receive supervision and mentorship throughout your induction, and will receive a a great deal of support and access to wonderful professional development opportunities throughout your employment.

About the role

As a Speech Pathologist with Anderson NDS you will plan and provide a holistic service to a diverse range of clients, working directly with the individual, their family and key stakeholders. We would value an individual who has experience working with children and/or adults who have disabilities and/or complex needs. You would be expected to see clients in the clinic and community setting. You would be required to travel (in a company car) within work hours to select clients.

Our therapy services are personal and innovative where each of our clients is considered with regard to their individual needs and characteristics. As such, our team of allied health professionals collaborate to work towards the goals of our clients and their families. You would be an integral player within this approach, as we value and rely upon the unity and strength of our team.

Ideal Profile

Skills and experience

  • Possession of relevant undergraduate tertiary qualification as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Ability or intent to register with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Experience in the development and implementation of services for clients with disabilities and/or complex needs.
  • Highly effective written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to grow and nurture personal relationships founded on the basis of respect and value for unique individuals.

Salary offered dependent on experience

  • Experience in the healthcare and/or disability sector is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of four years practicing as a Speech Pathologist.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

  • Salary: From $64,000.00 per year
