We are currently seeking a proactive Team Leader to oversee our afternoon shift in the Machine Shop at our state-of-the-art Lionsgate Facility.

Role Overview:
As a Team Leader, you will:

  • Ensure the health and safety of the workshop, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the machine shop team to maximize efficiency.
  • Implement process improvements, manage equipment maintenance, and log machine downtimes via Scytec.
  • Motivate team members to adhere to set schedules.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Possesses proficient oral and written communication abilities.
  • Basic mathematical capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of computer software, systems, and processes.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven team leadership and ability to motivate and drive change.
  • Strong knowledge of processing equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and basic computer literacy.
