Working alongside our experienced team you will assist in Mise en place and service for the pastry team. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pastry Chef De Partie to join this motivated, professional team.
To be successful in this role:
You will have an eye for detail, and always look to improve yourself and the product.
Ideally you will have at least 2 years in a pastry kitchen, doing a la carte service.
Strong knowledge of classic and new pastry techniques and methods.
Are well presented, organised, and can work to a timeline and high standard.
