We operate 9 lodges in some of the most remote, inaccessible and beautiful locations. Our team of guides, drivers, camp and operations staff are passionate about the outdoors and take pride in bringing our guests on the adventure of a lifetime.

We need couples to join us at our Ngauwudu Safari Camp in Western Australia and our Barramundi Lodge in Northern Territory,

The Roles

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic couple to fill a dynamic role where you will oversee everything from food and beverage service, to housekeeping and maintenance. At least one person must have strong cooking experience.

Kitchenhand/Cook responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the daily running of all the kitchen requirements
  • Meet, and where possible, exceed guest expectations
  • Ensure food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques meet Food Safety guidelines and are maintained at that level
  • Work with the kitchen team and take corrective action where appropriate and within company guidelines if standards are not met
  • Ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene is practiced and maintained by all staff members to meet Health & Safety regulations and relative legislation

Camp Attendant responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Food & Beverage service
  • Housekeeping
  • General cleaning and upkeep of the Lodge
  • Delivery of high quality service and providing exceptional guest experiences
  • Assist with operational needs around camp as required
  • Sharing knowledge about our locations with guests

  • Ability to solve problems without compromising on the delivery of exceptional guest experiences

The Cook/s will have:

  • Able to cater for dietaries without compromising on taste
  • Proven experience working in a kitchen
  • Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate

The Camp Attendant/s will have:

  • Certificate III in Hospitality desirable
  • Drivers License
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol
  • Food Handling Certificate
