  • Providing a seamless end to end customer experience by advising on appropriate products and services
  • Being the brand ambassador for HSBC in our branch and liaising directly with customers
  • Introducing, promoting and assisting customers with digital banking solutions
  • Contributing to fulfil customer’s needs by providing personal banking products and services with a customer centric approach
  • Managing customer feedback and enquiries
  • Participating in ongoing training and development plans
