Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef with a minimum of three years experience in an upscale A la carte restaurant, handling over 200 covers in large teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at blending traditional techniques with modern culinary innovations to create exquisite sushi dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting high-quality sushi dishes with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to develop innovative sushi menus.
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the sushi station is well-stocked.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sushi Chef in an upscale A la carte restaurant.
  • Proficiency in traditional and contemporary sushi-making techniques.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
