About the Role

We’re looking for a gun 3D Designer/Art Director to join our in-house studio at ANZ Plus.

ANZ Plus is our new banking platform, a modern, digital experience with a brand new look and feel. Your mission as 3D Designer/Art Director, is to generate compelling visual content to support the product and features.

Work Hours: Full time - hybrid working

What could your day look like?

Working hand in hand with our other designers and 3D artists, you will lend a creative voice to the project. A day may be spent developing content for our website or app, storyboarding a motion project, or exploring different visual styles for an internal presentation.

A large part of the workload revolves around our unique illustrations; a charming and playful counterpoint to the clean and minimal aesthetic. They’re bold and graphic, with strong textural elements, and you’ll need to be hands on in their texturing/lighting/compositing.

What's in your toolkit?

Experience as a senior art director, creative director, or lead motion designer Advanced 3D skills – focusing on texturing, lighting, compositing, look development. Happy to explore different visual styles, and open to other creative input Driven by curiosity, creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues An understanding of how to digest a brief and develop creative solutions A keen interest in current and new technologies Confidence in leading a team and presenting your ideas to wider groups Cinema 4D + Redshift pipeline (advanced) Adobe Creative Suite (advanced) Great taste in music
