Job Description
  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts to develop and i mplement predictive models and algorithms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize predictive analytics use cases to drive business strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics using advanced techniques in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining.
  • Design experiments and interpret results to provide actionable insights to improve business operations, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee the e nd-to-end process of data collection, processing, and feature engineering to ensure high-quality data for modeling.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and predictive analytics to drive innovation within the company.
The Successful Applicant
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
  • 8+ years of experience in predictive analytics, machine learning, and statistical modelling in a business environment.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar tools for data analysis and machine learning.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data mining techniques.
  • Proven experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and lead a team of data scientists.
