About the role

The Gyprock Trade Counter Sales, Warehouse Operator roleis a Full-time position, based at Regency Park, SA. Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.

 In this role you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers in store and in the warehouse.
  • Stock movements and the maintenance of stock.
  • Loading trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements.
  • Unloading inbound orders of stock.
  • Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers vehicles with a forklift, or manually as required.
  • Ensuring documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to.
  • Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping.
  • Contributes to achievement of store revenue and margin budgets
  • Availability to assist with various GTC sites when required.
  • Based in Regency Park site, you may be required to work Saturday shifts at either our Mile End or Lonsdale Stores. 
  • Your hours are Monday to Friday: 6:30am – 15.30 pm. Hours outside of this will be paid in overtime including Saturdays if required: 7:30am-11:30am

A forklift licence is required to perform your duties within the warehouse.
