The role  

We are searching for an experienced Caravan Park Manager to join our team. The ideal

candidate will be a proactive leader with the ability to deliver excellent customer experiences

to locals and visitors daily. Passionate about driving successful outcomes you will be

responsible for.

As Caravan Park Manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of

the Accommodation, Food and Beverage businesses at the park. You will manage all

services offered and ensure a safe and compliant environment. You will lead a diverse group

in meeting financial targets and key performance targets.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The requirements of the Manager role include:

 Planning, organizing, and managing the daily operations of the hospitality staff to ensure

efficiency.

 Supervising staff members and communicating the importance of customer satisfaction.

 Checking the quantity and quality of supplies and equipment daily, such as guest

amenities.

 Maintaining a high standard of customer service according to company operating

procedures.

 Attending to any complaints logged by guests in a professional and timely manner.

 Performing monthly evaluations of staff members according to performance and

participation.

 Preparing the monthly budget of the hospitality division and creating expenditure reports

for senior management review.

 Working with the human resources department to recruit and train new personnel.

 Determining the future goals of the hospitality division by studying market trends and

working with the marketing team.

 Engaging with local contractors and suppliers to get better pricing for the supplies and

services.

 Managing basic accounting on a day-to-day basis such as Bookkeeping, Invoice entry,

Creating invoices for commercial customer

Requirements

 Bachelors or a related qualification with 3 years previous experience in a similar role. 

 Able to work independently, as well as with a team. 

 Good organisational and communication skills 

 Excellent communicator and analytical thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all

decisions. 

 High level of flexibility and a positive approach to the challenging demands of high--

growth outcome 

 Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Australia will be preferred.
